What I got for my birthday 2016

Sorry about the delay with this post but I have been sorting out my presents and photos(the photos aren't even that good ngl but I dont have time to redo them and I am ashamed of the quality) for the last couple of days! This isnt to brag its because a few people asked for it so I am going to do it... (also my birthday was on the 8th June if anyone was wondering)

My main present was a iphone 6 in space grey! I have needed a new phone as my last one is so slow and my contract ran out and I want a nicer phone tbh:)so far I am absolutely loving it! It is so gorgeous and fast! 

My mum and dad also got me the benefit skin care set which I have been hinting at for a couple of weeks and they got me it! I was so happy when I opened it because I just want to use them and buy the full sizes with my birthday money (thank you to anyone who got me money or a voucher btw)

They also got me 2 nail files and a barryM clear nail polish as I am trying so hard to grow my nails as I am getting shellac on them before my holidays in July.

I also got Selena Gomez tickets earlier on this year and 2 stunning pandora charms earlier on in the year aswell! My auntie and my cousin both got me a pandora voucher each and I spent that on a safety chain for my silver bracelet.

My brother then got me a black and rose gold ted baker make up bag which I was so surprised at! It is stunning and it will be perfect for my holiday! 

Freya( @blondeblogger18 on Instagram) got me the urban decay setting spray!!!!!! I was amazed when I opened it and she was so thoughtful in getting this for me, she also got me a lip 'jelly' and a few little candles and a pack of straws which I thought where cute:)

Then off my friend Abbie (@xhappyxvibesx on Instagram) got me a body spray, body lotion and a lipgloss from Victoria Secret and I am so happy because I cant get VS stuff in my nearest shopping centre so when she went to Las Vegas she got me them.

My friends millie got me a NYX lingerie liquid lipstick in the shade exotic and I absolutely love it because it is matte but doesn't dry the lips out, but when you eat and drink it goes so so so patchy but I just reapply and its all good! And then my friend chloe got me a bourjous liquid lipstick in the shade happy nude year and I have worn this a few times and the colour is amazing! It suits me and it feels so moussy and creamy on the lips, it isn't that long lasting but I don't mind that as I can just put it on again! She also got me the Lush gift set 'butterfly' and that omes with a body conditioner which is so nice and creamy and a bar of purple soap which I am saving for when my current body wash runs out to use!

I got a cute orange notebook of my auntie and uncle with money and sweets because i love stationery and they get me a paperchase notebook every year!

Then my close family friend gave me sweets money and they also made me a frame with my name in with my wallpaper in the back if it! They knew I wanted a frame like this and I was going to buy one but they remembered and made one for me which made it so special.

The same family friend also bought me the new edition of the ELLE magazine with the goof proof brow pencil by benefit in it and I didnt know they were getting me this so I was so surprised and I was going to buy it anyway so that saved me a few pounds hahaha!!

Then my friend Liv got me a soap and glory mini righteous butter and then a mini hairspray and a mini hair mask for my holidays which was so thoughtful.

Also thank you to anyone who got me a bar of chocolate, sweets, money, cards and birthday messages because honestly it means the world!

weekly goals

so I am trying to set myself goals for the week/month and I thought I would share come with to to maybe help you be motivated in the week...

1- It is my birthday tomorrow (8th June) and I have got lots of cards through the post so I will probably get a lot of money so my goal is to save at least half of what I get and maybe more because I want to buy a new bag asap but I want to save for my holiday in summer (read my last blog post to see what I want to buy)

2- drink waaaay more water because I love to drink juice or fizzy drinks but recently I havent been drinking as much water as I have been having lemonade and coke oops. i have noticed my skin is getting oilier and my skin isnt looking good anymore. I want good skin for summer so I dont have to wear as much makeup in the heat because there is nothing worse than sweating all your makeup off and looking like a melted candle. Last night I had a rasberry infused water with ice and this was a really refreshing alternative to fizzy drinks as it quenched my thirst more than fizzy ones.

(Ignore the photo, I just had no effort to go upstairs and take a cute photo of it so I grabbed the nearest candle and worked with it, also we are decorating the house so thats why the background looks a little messy and grubby)

3- sleeping more. My dark circles are becoming darker by the day and that is because I dont go to bed until midnight every night becasue I am on instagram, snapchat and of course the Kim K game! And I wake up at 6:40 for school and thats every week. Even at weekends I go to bed extremely late and sleep in until 10/11 but still that isnt enough.

4- be more helpful around the house. i have only really realised recently just how lucky I am to have what I have and that because of my mum and dad working so hard every day and night! They are both tired but yet they find the energy to carry on, so I want to give them a break so even if it is just me making the dinner one night that will make a difference, I make teas and coffees all the time and do the washing, drying and ironing with my mum, also I do the dishes with my older brother. If that makes a small difference then I am happy!

I know this blog post was only small but I think that this will motivate and maybe inspire some people xoxo

Sephora wish list...

as some of you may know I am going away to Mexico this summer for two weeks and I have saved £110 just for sephora and my birthday is in 4 days so I will have all the money from that as well. The only reason for getting so much is because the exchange rate is really good and there is no sephora in the UK which sucks. the links of all the products will be listed below but I wont put photos because you can just click the link and see what it looks like...

1. Anastasia Beverly Hills glow kit in Gleam - $40

I really want this product as there has been a huge hype over it all over the internet and on all the videos and reviews of it it looks absolutely insane! Everyone thinks it is too expensive but in my opinion you are getting 4 good sized and amazing quality highlighters in stunning packaging for $10 each.

2. Anastasia Beverly Hills dip brow - $18

I have always wanted to try this product out because I have recently been loving doing my eyebrows and I want to try something new. This is apparently hard to control but I think I would be able to do it with practise. I would use an angled brush and dip it in a fill my brows in and pray that they end up looking good haha. I think it is an okay price for a high end product were one 'dip' goes a long way.

(sorry for the really long link omg) when I went to Paris I nearly bought this but I got the too faced better than sex mascara instead. My friend bought it though and I used hers and I love it because its like glue for your make up. When I go into town the first place I go is to a urban decay counter and spray it on my face because I love it that much oh my god how bad is that. I think it is £22 in UK but once again the exchange rate is better I hope.

I have wanted this for forever and a day! When I went to paris this was on the top of my wishlist but they had none in stock and I was so upset. But there are so many good reviews about this product that I cant not buy it. It just looks amazing because the packaging is gorgeous and the product will make me look dewy and healthy even though I am always tired and I am not healthy because all I eat is ice cream

5. sephora lip gloss - $14

I wanted something from sephora's own brand because we cant get it in the UK so I just thought a lip gloss is always nice to have just to throw in your handbag or little clutch bag on a night out just to top up through the day/night. Also a lip gloss wont break me out so I know that it wouldn't be a waste of my well earned money.

6. sephora face masks - $6

I want these in all the scents and colours because they look fab! I also want the eye masks and maybe the lip masks because you only get one face and you all need to look after it and I think masks are the best way to keep your skin hydrated and soft. They are also inexpensive and you cant go wrong with a relaxing face mask after a hard day at school or at work.

7. Benefit stay don't stray eye and concealer primer - $26

I got a mini one of these in a set for Christmas and I love it so much! It keeps my eye shadow in place all day and it keeps my concealer on all day and reduces the amount of creasing on my under eyes and that is so helpful as my concealer always creases through out the day and it is the biggest pain!

That is all I want from Sephora and I might get some of these things in duty free if I can. I doubt that I will get all of these things but even if I just get 1 or 2 of these things I will be over the moon.

review on the Liz Earle cleanse and polish

I am trying to post more often so I am pre writing a few blog posts, I hope you enjoy them and if there are any specific things you want me to write about then just let me know.

I bought the Liz Earle cleanse and polish starter kit for £15.50 just before the start of March, The starter kit comes with a 100ml cleanse and polish product, two of the muslin cloths and it also comes with a small piece of card with some instructions on it and that all comes in a little travel bag.

Almost every night I use this to take my makeup off or just to clean my face after a hard day at school. I put one pump on my hands if I have makeup on or half a pump if I was wearing no makeup that day and rub it on my face in circular motions. This just gets rid of all the makeup, dirt and bacteria off your face without being too harsh on your skin.
I let it soak into my skin for 1 minute and then I soak my muslin cloth in warm water and ring it out so it is damp. I then rub the cleanse and polish off gently with that and then I wash my muslin cloth with cold water, and I rinse my face with cold water to open up my pores and to get off any produt that I missed.
The muslin cloths last for 2-4 months and I wash mine every week. They dry easily and don't tear unless you do it on purpose in my opinion.
I would seriously recommend this product to people with any skin type because I have unbelievably sensitive skin that is dry on the nose and under eyes but oily on my forehead and eyelids and this hasn't broke me out or caused an allergic reaction. It has also helped with my redness on both my cheeks.
You can get it in many sizes and sets and you can also buy the muslin cloths separately for £4.50 for two.

My morning routine

Hey guys, sorry I haven't posted on my blog in a while but I have been super busy with exams and just life in general. Anyway this is my everyday morning routine... Some things in this blog would be different on a weekend because I will straighten and maybe curl my hair and use more makeup.

I wake up to my alarm which is a 5sos song! Then i just lay in bed for 5-10 mins on my phone and just relaxing and then i will get up and have a shower and i might wash my hair or i might not!

When i get out i use my roll on deodrant and i get dressed into my school uniform or my outfit of the day, then i will spray myself with my scent that I have been loving that week.

If i have time i will put make up on but if not i will just put moisteriser on and some mascara.

I also will do my hair in a braid, bun or pony.

For breakfast, if i have time, i will make a healthy smoothie and when I have finished that I will go upstairs and brush my teeth and use mouthwash and then I  am done!!

March favourites💗

hi guys! I am really excited to post this as it is a March favourites collab with @floralbeautyguru 💗 this is going to be a very very long caption so prepare yourself😂 my first favourite is the maybelline fit me foundation in the shade 115😍it is high coverage and leaves me with a dewy look, this has been my go to foundation of this month❤️it doesn't cling to my dry skin and it smells ok too😻my second favourite is the body shop body mist in satsuma🍊it smells amazing and it sticks to your clothes so you smell of it for ages!💫I got it for christmas 2014 and i have used it loads and it still has  1/4 of the bottle left which is amazing!🌺next favourite is the maybelline great lash, I have been using this mascara so much that I have went through two and a half tubes of them in two months😁i get the brownish black so it looks a little more natural, you can make your eyelashes more volumised depending on how much you put on and that is why I love this mascara😘❣it is also very affordable in the drugstore. Another favourite is my mac lipstick in the shade 'twig'👅it is the most gorgeous purpley browny pink😂I cant describe colours but you can easily look it up🌸it is a satin finish so it does dry out my lips if I don't use lip balm underneath it but I also use my victoria secret sparkle on top which is also a favourite👼🏼it is just a clear lip gloss which adds a little shimmer and shine😉my friend @blondeblogger18 gave it to me along with a mango gloss from there aswell🎉my next fav is my Mac eyeshadow in 'expensive pink' as it is so pigmented and lasts all day on my eye💖it is a pink with a gold shimmer running through it👋🏼if you know what the sleek rose gold blush looks like it is similar to that but more of a baby pink💞benefits that gal brightening face primer is such a good product as it keeps my makeup on and it makes my foundation look so nice its unreal... I got the full size but i have lost it after 2 uses😭😭the next favourite is my collection lasting perfection concealer, this is only £4.19 so in my opinion it is a bargain!😇it is super high coverage and it brightens you under eye areas up💘it isnt drying at all which I love as I can get really dry skin as my skin is really sensitive😩the liz earle cleanse and polish hot cloth cleanser is such a good skin care item, it was £15.50 for 100ml and two muslin cloths😏I thought this is a gold price as it has made my skin so soft and has reduced the amount of blackheads that i get💖so it is a great product and it also smells amazing🎉the last product is the garnier ultimate blends shampoo💁🏻this is a full bottle as my one in the shower is running low😩but it smells so clean as it is honey and my hair is always so soft and so healthy when I use it👸🏽i love the garnier collection as they all smell so good and they all do what they say on the bottle🙆🏼thank you so much for reading this if you did💖💖

how to get a summer body...

on my blog I don't want to just do reviews as I want this blog to be for everyone not just for beauty lovers.

So to get a flat stomach you need to...

•control your portions

•eat less fatty and oily foods

•excersise (sit ups or burpies)

To get better legs and bum...

•do squats or lunges 

•control your portions

•eat unprocessed foods

•eat whole meal bread, pasta and rice etc.

How to get a slimmer face...

•eat less sugary and fatty foods

•do face excersises, it sounds stupid but I have started to do some and I have seen a small difference

Some more tips to help you eat less are to chew your mouthful of food at least 20 times as this tricks your brain into thinking that you have eaten more than you actually have done
